Advantages of a DOG membership

The membership fee includes gratis participation in the annual conference of DOG.
Paying members of the DOG receive the monthly publication "Der Ophthalmologe" [in German], or as an alternative, the English language magazine "Graefe ’s Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology" free of charge.
In addition to the publication “Der Ophthalmologe”, “Graefe’s Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology” can be also be subscribed to for an additional € 60. These publications at a reduced price, are for personal use only, and may not be passed on to libraries and institutes.
Members of DOG are encouraged to participate in DOG working groups. Participation is for DOG members only and is free of charge.

Specialists in Germany and abroad,
who do not belong to the groups noted below.
€ 200,00 / yr.
   
Residents € 100,00 / yr.
   
Specialists and physicians in the neighboring Eastern countries
who are continuing their education.
€ 100,00 / yr.
   
Retired members with publication. € 100,00 / yr.

Payments

Based on the resolution of the 1975 membership meeting, we request that you grant permission to the society for a direct bank draft for the membership fee . Please print, fill out and sign the form [PDF, 6 KB] and mail or fax it back to our business address.
This only applies to members of DOG who have a bank account in Germany.

Members living abroad, without a an account in Germany, will receive an annual bill.
For those members we do offer a payment option via creditcard. Please print, fill out and sign the form [PDF, 6 KB] and mail or fax it back to our business address.
